For physical set-top boxes, customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or not functioning as intended. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories or manuals provided. Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, a replacement or refund will be processed based on the issue identified.

For digital services and IPTV subscriptions, refunds are not applicable once the service has been activated or used. Since these are digital products, they cannot be returned after access is granted.

However, in the event of a technical problem or service disruption, our support team will work promptly to resolve the issue or extend service time as appropriate.
